Illness/Not Feeling Well
If you are not feeling well or have any signs/symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. I am available via text (406)565-1239, email, Square messages, or Messenger seven (7) days a week. In the event you need to cancel/reschedule, please call or message me ASAP to let me know either by speaking with me personally or by leaving a message to let me know with as much notice as possible.
Cancellations
24-hour notice is required for all circumstances when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged half the price of your scheduled appointment. Please understand there are few exceptions as this directly impacts my livelihood.

No Shows
Any client who fails to keep a scheduled massage appointment and does not provide 24 hours cancellation notice will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged half of the price of their scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that your treatment starts on time. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, I will accommodate you to the best of my ability but may have to shorten your appointment to be on time for clients coming in after you. If you arrive late, you will still be responsible for payment of the time you have scheduled. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule their appointment if I feel that would be in the best benefit of their treatment plan.

Payment
Types of payment accepted include: cash and debit/credit cards using Square.
*Credit cards kept on file are stored securely and will never be charged without prior notice.
